After working in Template Editor, clicking Next will bring up Edit CSS.

As there are many websites that deal with StyleSheets, no explanation will be given here.
If you try changing the rule assignment, table colour, and cursor, if you become able to edit CSS you will be able to create a completely original blog.
The font size and so forth can also greatly change the impression the blog gives, so research CSS and try out various things.
