If you upload an image in "Image Files", you can insert the image into an entry.

You can enter a URL linking to an entry that someone else has submitted (one only). If you enter this and then submit, the other person will be notified of the entry you have written.
What is a Trackback?
A system where if you have cited (referenced) an entry from a different blog in a blog entry that you have published, the other person will be notified that you have posted a link. It is a very useful blog function that allows you to easily establish an exchange with another blog master.
